We are a non-profit 501(c)(3) charitable organization with a Board of  Directors that does not receive any salary, monetary benefit or personal gain other than the joy of helping animals in need.  

We believe in keeping overhead expenses  to a minimum, with the goal of every tax deductible donation going  toward helping animals.

We obtain funds through fund raising, donations, gifts, bequests and grants.
