David F. Evans, age 83, a  resident of Manitowoc, passed away on Tuesday, June 3, 2014 at his  residence. David was born on December 8, 1930 in Evanston, IL to the  late Clinton and Kathrine Floyd Evans....

It is with great sadness to announce that board member Dave Evans passed away on Tuesday, June 3rd. 

I  cannot find words to properly express what Dave meant to our  organization and many other charities that help animals and people who  are less fortunate.  We also lost a friend who I will miss very much.
