Manitowoc County is overpopulated with cats and dogs and a new organization is offering a solution!  The Animal Benefit Society provides free spay and neuter services for those who cannot afford it.  All that is required is completion of an application and a telephone interview for approval.  Information is available at animalbenefitsociety.org or (920) 652-4609.
